K Group Advertising Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing, web design and development, mobile app development, content marketing, and brand strategy.
All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.

Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive rights to deliverables as specified in the service agreement. We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not disclose proprietary business information, strategies, or data to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Generally: setup fees are payable upfront; monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month; project-based work may require milestone-based payments. Late payments may result in service suspension.
K Group Advertising Solutions provides digital marketing services but cannot guarantee specific results (rankings, traffic, conversions) as these depend on factors including algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Our services may involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). Their terms of service apply independently. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that affect campaign performance.
Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, K Group Ads will provide all client-owned assets within 14 business days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
